Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Behavioral Services Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Regional Clinical Director with various responsibilities, including hiring, training, and supervising Behavior Technicians, developing strategies for program continuation and growth, and providing consultation and support to families and children.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring, training, supervising, and developing Behavior Technicians
- Assisting in the development, planning, and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth
- Demonstrating a functional understanding of best practice in ABA clinical care in a quantitative and qualitative manner
- Providing consultation and support to families and children
- Collaborating with the Regional Clinical Director on program development and quality assurance
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in the ABA field
- Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Experience conducting assessments
- Ability to think globally and make sound decisions
