A range of roles are available based on expertise, credentials, and specializations. We are looking for professionals with experience in cost analysis across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting comprehensive quantity take-offs and determining unit costs
• Preparing estimates at different phases of project execution
• Verifying the overall precision and thoroughness of the estimates
• Requesting project quotes from suppliers and/or subcontractors
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Understanding of engineering and construction methodologies
• Ability to interpret and analyze construction documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Familiarity with On-Screen Take-Off; BIM Interference is advantageous
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Skill in fostering and maintaining effective working relationships and clear communication with clients and team members
• Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Requirements:
- Background in civil/site, infrastructure, construction management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction cost analysis across all disciplines.
Compensation:
Salary is to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
