Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Elevated Inc. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the preparation and storage of ingredients and equipment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and drinks to increase sales and revenue.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation, including ingredients, techniques, and presentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of customer traffic.
  • Exposure to loud music and crowded areas.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high level of collaboration and communication.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the preparation and storage of ingredients and equipment.
