Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Provide direct nursing care in alignment with established policies and protocols.
  • Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, ensuring accurate documentation and communication of patient conditions.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure cohesive patient care.
  • Execute physician and nursing orders efficiently.
  • Assess and facilitate discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer. Acceptable certifications include those from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Registered Nurse credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing is required prior to hire or transfer.

Education:

  • A diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure is required at the time of hire.
