About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wax Assembly Specialist to join our team at Precision Castparts Corp. As a key member of our wax production department, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality wax components in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare wax patterns to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Read and follow assembly work instructions to assemble complex wax components.
  • Inspect assemblies during and after the assembly process for defects and document any issues.
  • Work from photos and notes when new instructions have not been created.
  • Aid in the training of techniques and procedures to other technicians as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in wax assembly preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read instructions and write legibly.
  • Ability to lift and/or maneuver objects weighing up to thirty five pounds, with assistance if needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
