Kelly Products, Inc. - Brand Manager - Outdoor Division

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our Outdoor Division at Kelly Products, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, marketing, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for our outdoor brands and products
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximize retail channels and product plans
  • Design and execute innovative growth strategies for lead and customer acquisition
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors
  • Work closely with Finance to report to internal stakeholders
  • Create engaging brand content, including media pitches, press releases, email, website copy, social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials
  • Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns and assess ROI
  • Manage media budget and placement for print, podcast, digital, and other channels
  • Collaborate with Creative Director to develop collateral that engages target audiences
  • Work with Shipping, fulfillment, and Customer Service to ensure a desired customer experience
  • Partner with eCommerce Manager and Web Developer to optimize brand websites
  • Provide regular reporting to the Marketing Director
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing retail brands
  • Strong ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Experience with P&L management and budgeting
  • Experience in packaging design and retail display creation
  • Data-driven thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; strong project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
