Responsibilities:
Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapists.
Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to help them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility.
The key to our success lies in providing outstanding physical therapy with measurable results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for patient care and consistently exceed industry standards.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional healthcare to our patients, ensuring they achieve positive outcomes and satisfaction with their therapy experience.
Assess new patients to understand their medical and emotional conditions, then create tailored care plans.
Provide treatment and establish measurable, functional goals while addressing patient inquiries regarding their injuries, progress, and expected outcomes.
Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises that complement their clinical sessions.
Supervise aides during their tasks for non-Medicare patients, ensuring proper setup and cleanup.
Continuously monitor and reassess patient progress, adjusting care plans and goals as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Address pain management as a critical aspect of care, employing techniques to enhance function and daily activities.Determine appropriate discharge timing for patients, teaching them proper mechanics and strategies to prevent future injuries.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
Achieve a reasonable productivity level, which is influenced by patient referrals and types.
For our typical outpatient orthopedic population, we expect a full-time Physical Therapist to manage 55 to 60 treatments plus evaluations weekly.
Participate in research initiatives supported by the clinic and contribute to developing protocols for common diagnoses.Provide input on policies and procedures to ensure that all Team Rehabilitation clinics maintain the highest quality of care.
Address patient feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.Commit to ongoing skill development by staying informed about the latest research and techniques. Attend in-house continuing education sessions and utilize the professional development allowance for seminars and workshops.
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
Valid Physical Therapy License
