As a Restaurant Busser, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area during shift
  • Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards
  • Assist other employees as needed
  • Follow opening and closing procedures, checking out with manager on duty
  • Adhere to all HOB policies and procedures
  • Required to occasionally work special events scheduled within the venue
  • Perform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standards
  • Safely transport bus tubs to dish room
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
  • Keep all ice bins parred to fullest levels at all times
  • Keep floor neat, clean, free of food, trash, and other obstacles throughout shift
  • Keep all dust pans clean and free of stuck on debris/odor
  • Ensure that trash goes to the proper receptacles, cans are free of odor and lined, operating the trash compactor per policy
  • Clean and assist with maintaining bar area

Requirements

  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa

Working environment is fast paced, can be hot, and/or loud

Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and/or working on your feet

Must be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
