At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on THE ROLE A Restaurant Busser will be responsible for the maintenance, stocking, and cleanliness of the dining area, and other additional functions to increase efficiency and productivity for the restaurant crew. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area during shift Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards Assist other employees as needed Follow opening and closing procedures, checking out with manager on duty Adhere to all HOB policies and procedures Required to occasionally work special events scheduled within the venue Perform table maintenance duties according to HOB service standards Safely transport bus tubs to dish room Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner Keep all ice bins parred to fullest levels at all times Keep floor neat, clean, free of food, trash, and other obstacles throughout shift Keep all dust pans clean and free of stuck on debris/odor Ensure that trash goes to the proper receptacles , cans are free of odor and lined, operating the trash compactor per policy Clean and assist with maintaining bar area WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Required: Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa Attention to detail Positive attitude Teamwork; work well with others, in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment Keep a clean, well-groomed appearance Punctual attendance with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms Time Management Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent E xperience in a high volume, fast paced environment Physical Demands/Working Environment: Willing to commute to downtown area (discounted $7 parking available daily) Working environment is fast paced, can be hot, and/or loud Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and/or working on your feet Must be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs. using proper lifting techniques EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion .
