Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional service to customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing their concerns.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, both in person and over the phone, to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informed service to customers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or similar high-volume customer service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
