Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
• Take and enter orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are served promptly and to the guests' satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service.
• Process guest payments and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a server or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Valid driver's license and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
