Job Title: Pulmonary Diagnostics Specialist

Beebe Healthcare is seeking a skilled Pulmonary Diagnostics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our respiratory care services.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform clinical assessments of the pulmonary system with precision and accuracy, creating a plan-of-care that is sound and consistent with departmental protocols and clinical practice guidelines.
  • Administer respiratory therapeutic interventions and other duties as assigned with high proficiency, and minimal-to-no-supervision.
  • Establish and manage mechanical ventilation with most commonly used ventilators (invasive and non-invasive) with high proficiency and minimal-to-no-supervision.
  • Correctly document all pertinent data and charges on the patient's medical record following completion of any service and consistently communicate the findings with healthcare members on the care plan in a manner consistent with the organization standards.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate with a certificate of completion from a Joint Review Committee for Respiratory Therapy Education (JRCRTE) program.
  • BLS required.
  • ACLS, NRP, PALS required within 6 months of hire.
  • Registry from the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (if at the time of employment an individual is registry eligible and has attained CRT designation, they will be given one year to achieve registry).
