Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present treatment plans to patients and manage insurance providers.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.
  • Enter treatment plans and manage patient records.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collect copays and patient responsibilities.
