Your responsibilities will include serving as a mentor for store associates, embodying and promoting the company's Core Values, fostering trust and respect among team members, building cohesive teams, and driving business performance.

You will be responsible for coaching, training, and developing a team of Cashiers and Customer Service Supervisors while overseeing operational processes to ensure our associates deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards, safeguarding company assets, and maintaining accurate sales and record-keeping procedures.

- Provide support to Customer Service Supervisors to ensure they meet customer service expectations and facilitate smooth customer flow at the registers.

- Manage the execution of operational and receiving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including maintaining a continuous flow process.

- Monitor the receiving process, transfers, damages, and charge-backs, collaborating with the Receiving Supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy.

- Assist the Store Manager and others in various areas, including staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.

- Support the management of other operational areas as necessary.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail Management or Store Operations within an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty, or medium to large-sized multi-unit retail organization. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additionally, candidates must be capable of lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 40 lbs and should be comfortable using scheduling and reporting software.
