Job Title: Network Planning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Planning Engineer to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a Network Planning Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing network infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement network infrastructure solutions using tools such as BMC Remedy, CA/Broadcom Spectrum, and Splunk.
  • Update, troubleshoot, and enhance existing network solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex network issues.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using Python, BASH, or PowerShell to streamline routine tasks.
  • Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in network planning and engineering, with a focus on network infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including SNMP, NetFlow, and Syslog.
  • Experience with network management systems, such as Splunk, CA/Broadcom Product Suite, and BMC Remedy.
  • Proficiency in Linux OS (RHEL/CentOS) and Microsoft Windows OS.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile software development and the systems engineering lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, such as shell, PHP, and Perl.
  • Certifications in Cisco CCNA, VMware VCA, RedHat RHCSA, and Windows MCSA.
