A Medical Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill this position.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient flow, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient flow and ensure efficient use of time
- Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
Requirements:
- Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Medical terminology preferred
- Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Computer and typing skills are required
