Incident Management BA Job Description

As an Incident Management BA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our business operations. You will be responsible for coordinating the enterprise preparation for and response to adverse events that could cause operational, financial, reputational, or regulatory impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Incident Response Coordination: Facilitate incident response meetings involving stakeholders from across the enterprise, draft clear and succinct summaries of incidents, workstream progress, obstacles, and next steps for response leaders and executives.
  2. Process Improvement: Lead exercises to review, challenge, and mature enterprise incident response and crisis management processes, develop scenarios, facilitate discussions, solicit lessons learned, draft After-Action Reports, and ensure the implementation of improvements.
  3. Team Management: Train and manage the enterprise crisis team and the enterprise incident response team.
  4. On-Call Support: Serve as the on-call teammate during nights and weekends, monitoring potential risks to the bank and fielding calls escalating incidents for an enterprise response.
Requirements:
  • Crisis/Incident Management Experience: Proven experience in crisis/incident management coordination, preparation, facilitation, summary, follow-up, AAR, and reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Everbridge tool experience, including VCC, manager portal, critical event management, Excel data analysis and reporting, and SharePoint administration.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional writing, facilitation, and instructional skills, outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish credibility with all levels of management effectively.
