Job Summary

We are seeking a Substitute Noon Duty Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supervision of students during lunch periods, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during lunch periods, maintaining a safe and orderly environment
  • Monitor student behavior, intervening as necessary to prevent conflicts or disruptions
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to ensure a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Collaborate with school administrators and staff to develop and implement strategies for promoting student well-being and academic success
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with students in a school setting, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
