This role is crucial in supporting the mission of the UND Alumni Association and Foundation by planning and executing marketing strategies and outreach initiatives aimed at alumni and donors. A strong foundation in graphic design, visual arts, and print production processes is essential for success in this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

GRAPHIC DESIGN

1. Develop and design marketing communication materials across diverse platforms, including print, digital, and video.
2. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
3. Collaborate with external vendors to guarantee timely delivery and production within budgetary limits.
4. Utilize various design software tools within the Adobe Creative Suite to create and refine visual designs.
5. Maintain consistency in the application of brand guidelines and templates throughout the organization.
6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and compliance with the UND brand standards.
7. Design and coordinate multimedia presentations, including PowerPoint and video, for group settings and online platforms.
8. Collaborate closely with various departments and college representatives.
9. Stay informed about the latest design tools, trends, and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
10. Conduct market research to gain insights into target audiences and industry trends.
11. Prepare and proof designs for print production.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
