Position Overview: We are in search of a meticulous and seasoned Lead Financial Analyst to oversee month-end closing processes. This role encompasses the calculation of accruals, journal entry input, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reconciling bank accounts and collaborating with accounts receivable team members.
  • Maintaining account balances and supporting the integration and upkeep of the general ledger and chart of accounts.
  • Managing capitalization activities and calculating monthly commissions for sales personnel.
  • Handling specialized accounting tasks for operations in Canada.
  • Generating financial reports and supporting annual inventory assessments.
  • Coordinating with the corporate tax team and assisting with both annual and interim audits.
