Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arkansas.
- Valid DEA number and DPS Registration.
- ACLS and BLS Certification.
