Position Overview

The Marketing Engagement Specialist is responsible for welcoming our owners upon their arrival at our resorts and reaching out to current owners to arrange meetings with member services for updates and workshops. This role involves providing incentives to guests for their participation, sharing information about resort activities, and offering local insights. Meeting production targets on a weekly and monthly basis is essential.

This position requires on-site presence. Weekend shifts are mandatory. There are opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests during their check-in process at the resort
  • Coordinate virtual meetings via ZOOM for guests to connect with member services regarding their updates and workshops
  • Provide incentives to guests participating in the virtual updates
  • Distribute activity schedules and informational brochures to guests
  • Achieve weekly production goals
  • Facilitate virtual meetings with member services using an iPad
  • Assist guests seeking concierge information or support
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance performance
  • Maintain records of personal production and distributed incentives
Travel Requirements
  • Work from Resort
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a College Degree is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present campaign performance and insights
  • Experience in marketing segmentation and customer lifecycle management
  • Background in the travel/hospitality industry or customer onboarding is advantageous
  • Ability to navigate challenges and objections effectively
  • Capacity to thrive in a performance-driven environment
  • Professional demeanor with a sales-oriented mindset
