At Arkansas Urology, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Male Health Care Specialist to join our team.

About the Job

  • This role is an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in men's health care to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including medical record documentation and follow-up care focused on men's health.
  2. Assist Physicians: Assist physicians in providing medical services, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
  3. Administrative Tasks: Accurately document patient visits in electronic medical records and maintain confidentiality of personal medical information.
  4. Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, provide medical advice, and escalate concerns to medical providers when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Certified LPN licensure or eligibility to practice in the state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinical setting, preferably in men's health.
  • Strong understanding of current standards of care within the scope of licensure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate records.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
