Job Summary

Path Construction is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Superintendent to lead our Heavy Highway Team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Oversee all phases of a construction project, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and implement safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Represent the company in customer service and quality control matters.
  • Administer quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in heavy highway construction.
  • OSHA Site Safety experience and up-to-date knowledge of modern technology.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven technical knowledge of construction principles and practices.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a positive motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 9+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in heavy highway construction.
  • Tollway and/or heavy highway experience.
  • Associates/Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in commercial projects, hospitals, public projects, schools, multifamily, etc.
  • Estimating experience and working knowledge of project management software.
  • OSHA 30 Hour Training and LEED Project Experience.
