Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Center Medical Director to join our team at Concentra. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide exceptional clinical care delivery within the center, consistent with Concentra's clinical model, and ensure optimal clinical outcomes for our patient population.
  • Center Operations: Support the Director of Medical Operations by sharing responsibilities with the Center Leadership Team, including onboarding, coaching, and ensuring standard workflows are followed.
  • Clinical Coverage: Provide clinical coverage treating patients and creating space to perform delegated Medical Director responsibilities.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations to identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, center performance, patient and client experience, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Market Growth: Maintain and leverage relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth.
  • Staff Management: Assist the Director of Medical Operations and Director of Clinical Services in managing center staffing and adjustments for unforeseen coverage needs.
Requirements
  • Medical Degree: Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Medical License: Current unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania.
  • DEA License: Unrestricted DEA license in Pennsylvania.
  • Medicare Enrollment: Medicare enrollment.
  • Certifications: DOT/FMCSA certification (active or willing to get during credentialing).
