You'll work closely with clients and project teams to prepare detailed estimates, providing insight that helps ensure our projects stay on time and on budget. Your ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships will make you an invaluable part of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver accurate cost estimates for commercial drywall projects based on plans, specifications, and project objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Partner with project managers and field teams to refine scopes of work, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project details.
  • Research and analyze materials, labor, and time requirements to develop competitive estimates.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and industry events to stay connected and informed within the industry.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
