About the Role

Tufts Medicine is seeking a skilled Adult Psychiatrist to provide inpatient services at Tewksbury Hospital in Massachusetts. As a member of our team, you will work closely with forensic evaluators to determine the best pathway for patients to work through their criminal cases while receiving appropriate psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform health assessments and run diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medication and create treatment plans
  • Provide health and wellness education to patients
  • Collaborate with forensic evaluators to determine patient pathways

Requirements
  • MD or equivalent, eligible to obtain a medical license in Massachusetts
  • BC/BE in Psychiatry
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clinicians, administrators, and department staff
