Tufts Medicine is seeking a skilled Adult Psychiatrist to provide inpatient services at Tewksbury Hospital in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate will possess an MD or equivalent, be eligible to obtain a medical license in the State of Massachusetts, and have BC/BE in Psychiatry.
The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated leadership team, forensic evaluators, and a robust staff model to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform health assessments and run diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medication and create treatment plans
- Provide health and wellness education to patients
- Collaborate with forensic evaluators to determine the best pathway for patients
No required call, providing a reliable, day-time schedule
No weekends or holidays required
Opportunities for call with extra compensation

Ability to teach both medical students and trainees
Research interests supported but not required
