Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and utensils to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Assist with food preparation and storage, ensuring that all food is handled and stored safely.
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas according to established schedules and procedures.
  • Empty trash containers and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required based on State/County law.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 10 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 10 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Ability to work around food and cleaning products.
  • Must live in the service area.
