Position Overview:
The Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Lead Community Operations Manager who possesses strong sales acumen, leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding customer service capabilities for our vibrant apartment community. This position oversees a 165-unit residential complex, featuring exceptional amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
The Lead Community Operations Manager will manage daily property operations, which include:

  • Marketing and promoting the property to attract potential residents.
  • Ensuring the upkeep and integrity of the property.
  • Screening and selecting prospective tenants.
  • Managing rent collection and issuing necessary notices.
  • Preparing reports and agreements.
  • Supervising and training all property staff.
You will have a dedicated office space to oversee your team and conduct your responsibilities effectively.

Location: Class A apartment community

FLSA Status: Exempt

Compensation: $56,000 - $62,000, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Additional Benefits:
Monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • At least two (2) years of customer service experience.
  • Two (2) years of property management experience.
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year of supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with Entrata Property Management Software is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills for bookkeeping tasks.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Availability for after-hours emergencies.
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation for property travel.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of auto insurance.
