We are seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Travel Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Wayne. This role involves working closely with physical therapists to provide top-notch care to patients across various healthcare settings while traveling to different locations.

About the Role

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work directly with patients and their families to educate them on treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.

You will also assist in preparing treatment areas, maintaining equipment, and monitoring patient progress, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support to physical therapists in delivering comprehensive care to patients in various healthcare settings.
  • Assisting patients with exercises and rehabilitation programs tailored to their specific needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and reporting back to the physical therapist.
  • Ensuring all treatment areas are clean, well-maintained, and equipped for optimal patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid PTA license and certification.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to new environments and priorities.
  • A willingness to travel frequently to various healthcare facilities.
