Key Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Representative to join our team at National Bolt and Industrial Supply Co. Inc.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and building new and existing accounts in an interactive relationship with our inside sales staff to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue by developing market potential with lead generation through multiple sources
- Provide excellent service to customers by selling and evaluating each of the customers' account requirements
- Maintain customer-specific records
Requirements and Skills:
- 2 years of working knowledge of fasteners and/or industrial supplies
- Positive motivation for sales personality
- Organized, detail-oriented, with time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (listening, probing, and analyzing) both verbal and written
- Self-confidence, self-discipline, and persistence
- Telephone etiquette
- Team player
- Dependable
- Data and calculator skills
- Reliable transportation
- Education: High School Graduate or Higher Learning
