Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support through our call center.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and informative support to patients via phone and other communication channels
  • Assess patient needs and escalate complex issues to senior team members
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
