About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Project Manager to join our team at CGL Companies. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural software, including Revit, Bluebeam, and 3D modeling programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Registered Architect (RA) certification required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $96,000 to $142,000, exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, HSA/FSA accounts, retirement, rewards programs, and more.
