Support Professional for Developmental Needs

Your Every Need Residential is committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. We are currently seeking a qualified Support Professional to join our team on a part-time basis.

About the Role:

  • This is a 2nd shift position, working approximately 20 hours per week (some overtime may be required)
  • You will be responsible for providing person-centered support and care to residents, including daily living activities, personal care, and recreational activities
  • You will work closely with other support professionals and management staff to ensure seamless support and care for our residents
  • A valid driver's license and insurance are required, as well as current First Aid and CPR certification

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
  • You must be able to pass a background check and demonstrate a strong commitment to caring for others
