Position Details:
We are in search of a full-time caregiver, also known as a "Personal Assistant," to provide support to a remarkable woman who faces both developmental and physical challenges. She is an independent, delightful, and unique individual residing in her own apartment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in community activities each weekend, which may include visits to local stores or enjoying outdoor picnics.
- Assist with managing healthcare needs, including medication administration and ensuring timely medical attention for any health issues.
- Prepare nutritious meals while monitoring dietary needs, perform household tasks, and offer personal assistance with daily routines.
- Provide emotional support and guidance during challenging moments.

Work Schedule:
You will be required to work two shifts per week, totaling 40 hours: Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 12 PM until 4 PM on Monday. Additionally, you will work your regular hours on agency holidays.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including reference checks, a physical assessment with a lifting test of 50 lbs, and a criminal background check.
- Driving is optional; if you choose to drive for UCP, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, have a reliable vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record.
- Experience in the developmental disability or mental health field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Eligibility for overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per week.
- Vacation pay, including double pay for the first 12 hours of any agency vacation shift worked.
