We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Geisinger Health System. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, as well as maintaining related records.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform standardized radiological radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations utilizing proper patient position, identification and exposure techniques.
* Operate and maintain all equipment within the modality.
* Set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protective equipment and devices.
* Review and analyze patient body size, thickness, age, physical condition, and suspected pathology in performing examinations.
* Assist physicians with various procedures.
* Report equipment malfunctions and the need for adjustments or repairs.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records and notations.
* Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures as required.
* Assist in the educational training of students.

**Requirements:**

* Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
* Basic Life Support Certification.
* Certified Radiology Technologist within 24 months.
