Job Summary

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency Financial Management Services Division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of financial resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, review, and revise financial plans to ensure accurate categorization of expenses.
  • Verify funding availability within the Division Budget to process vouchers, track account status, and produce reports.
  • Communicate with Division regarding quarterly account requirements from each client.
  • Maintain positive communications with program management, client stakeholders, and other key personnel.
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers to develop process improvements, implement approved processes, and provide support in documenting current processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment

Our work environment is a moderate noise level office setting with occasional loud noise from airfields or large equipment. You will be required to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.

Physical Demands

While performing the responsibilities of the job, you will be required to sit, stand, talk, and hear. You will often be required to sit and use your hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel

Minimal travel is required for this position, with up to 10% of your time spent on the road.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and CI Poly.
  • Two to four years of professional government work experience.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Possess strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
