Caregiving Professional

At Align Home Care, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a qualified Caregiving Professional to join our team and become an integral part of our care delivery model.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing hands-on care and support with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assisting with mobility and transfer needs, including ambulation and range-of-motion exercises
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks to meet the nutritional needs of our clients
  • Managing medications and administering medications as directed by the care plan
  • Documenting client progress and reporting any changes in condition or behavior to the care team
