Job Summary

Cumberland River Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinician to join our team. As a Master Level Clinician, you will provide clinical interventions to consumers with behavioral health needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for assigned consumers.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and provide individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete client files.
  • Provide services within established timeframes and adhere to agency policies.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure in Psychology, Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, tact, and diplomacy in crisis situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
