About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Converge Medical Technology. As a key member of our Warehouse Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing, organization, and storage of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Package and prepare shipments of medical devices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Operate heavy machinery and equipment, such as pallet jacks, as required by job duties
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
  • Perform thorough inspections on vehicles and machinery to identify issues
  • Diagnose and repair durable medical equipment devices, as well as install software and troubleshoot electronic devices
  • Work under a moderate degree of supervision, with regular review of output by a work lead or supervisor

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Good written communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or related environment preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand on feet for majority of a 6 hour day
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
