The Director of Food and Beverage Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage departments. This includes managing personnel, developing and implementing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute short and long-term strategies for food and beverage operations.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure maximum profitability.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, business plans, and forecasts.
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, including recruiting, training, and scheduling.
  • Conduct performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and recommend terminations.
  • Enforce safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinate inspections and audits with the Director of Operations.
  • Assist with purchasing and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in food and beverage management in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to obtain state occupational license.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
