About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cyber Operations Manager to join our team at OCT Consulting, LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage cyber operations within the CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD).

The successful candidate will provide a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to support the Nation's strategic and unified work to strengthen the security, resilience, and workforces of the cyber ecosystem.

About the Job:

  • Support the CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD) in managing and directing organizational cyber programs.
  • Develop and maintain cyber security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Design and implement security controls to protect systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the organization's infrastructure and applications.
  • Develop and manage incident response plans and procedures to address cyber security incidents and breaches.

Requirements:

  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience working in a similar role on a full-time basis.
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in managing or directing an organizational cyber program involving support operational planning through coordination of integrated execution of cyber defense plans.
  • Master's degree in a related field (such as, but not limited to Computer sciences, information security, or cyber security)
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are encouraged
  • Demonstrated expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (to include PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI)
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must hold a current DoT Top Secret Clearance

Estimated Annual Salary Range: $150,000 - $210,000 based on experience and education.
