Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at BD. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining medical devices at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on medical devices
- Tackle system failures and provide on-site customer repairs
- Establish and develop positive business relationships with customers and peers
- Perform administrative duties, including recording time worked, training, and expense reporting
- Provide ongoing feedback to customers regarding instrument repair and status
- High School diploma required; Associate degree in electrical, mechanical, or similar engineering or Biomed program preferred
- 4 years' proven electrical/mechanical experience or military experience
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to apply computer-based tools for reports, email, and general communication
- Ability to work in individually and in team settings
- Must be able to travel a minimum of 50%
