JOB SUMMARY:

The Membership Sales Associate (MSA) plays a vital role in our organization. As the first point of contact for guests and members, the MSA is responsible for providing a warm and enthusiastic welcome. This role involves conducting tours, enrolling new members, and delivering comprehensive information about our facilities. In addition to assisting with inquiries and ensuring exceptional customer service, the MSA maintains cleanliness and organization within the club through regular inspections.

The MSA also participates in daily operations, including managing billing processes, addressing billing inquiries, and educating members about our services and products. This entry-level position offers significant opportunities for career advancement and development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience in customer service and sales is advantageous
  • Tanning certification preferred

EXPECTATIONS:

  • Welcome all members and guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Check in members and guests following company protocols.
  • Answer phone calls in accordance with company standards.
  • Track inquiries from both phone and walk-in visitors.
  • Communicate club events and schedules effectively.
  • Assist members with requests in line with our policies.
  • Help members set up recurring payments.
  • Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the uniform policy.
  • Follow all Point-of-Sale procedures accurately.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Complete assigned cleaning tasks as directed.
  • Participate in projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Conduct tours that emphasize achieving personal fitness goals.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Support additional programs offered by the club.
  • Adhere to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
