Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Support Team Member to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This position will provide portable and perishable tool support to Tool Repair and all programs at the Marietta site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with all levels of management as well as customers to provide documentation, education, and procedural oversight to aircraft assemblers, mechanics, and coaters.
  • Develop and implement preventative and corrective actions for internal and external compliance findings.
  • Coordinate with EDTI personnel in Fort Worth, Greenville, and Palmdale to research, analyze, and/or develop assembly hole preparation processes.
Requirements
  • Experience identifying defective parts, equipment, and/or systems to determine root cause of problems and potential corrective actions.
  • Experience coordinating activities to evaluate and resolve engineering-related production/system problems.
  • Experience interpreting engineering and/or planning documents in a professional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • F35 Manufacturing experience.
  • Working knowledge of LM Manufacturing Systems, including EDMS, MPRS II, QADS, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
  • Experience with LM organizational environment, including production engineering, manufacturing engineering, production control, and industrial engineering.
  • Prior leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.

This position is incentive plan eligible and offers a competitive salary range of $71,000 - $136,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
