About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Electrical Apprentice to join our team at nVent. As an Electrical Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in the concepts and skills of a licensed electrician, equipping you with technical and leadership skills for a successful career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the mentorship of expert electricians to solve machine and facility problems, including conducting repairs, completing preventative maintenance, and supporting process improvements.
  • Maintain and test equipment and systems, and assist contractors with servicing.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
  • Actively pursuing a MN Electrician license.
  • 2-year technical electrical or similar degree, preferred.
  • Current Unregistered Electrician.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as Electrical Apprentice, preferred.
  • Has mechanical and electrical experience.
  • Interest in a career in Manufacturing.
  • Interest in pursuing a Leadership role.
