Job Summary

The Training Administrator will provide effective training to meet customer quality expectations. This position requires the ability to understand all levels of learning, evaluate internal and customer data, and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the training program.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct trainings in front of audiences and in one-on-one settings for both new hires and current employees.
  • Lead hands-on training sessions to ensure employees are proficient in their roles.
  • Create an atmosphere appropriate to the learning needs of the learners.
  • Coach employees on how to inspect their own work and correct errors before passing work on to others.
  • Differentiate content for different learning styles and levels of proficiency.
  • Assess learner performance to ensure mastery.
  • Assist with the assessment of the effectiveness of trainings through feedback, testing, and performance evaluations, and make necessary adjustments.

  • Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and knowledge of in eLearning is preferred.
Functional and Cognitive Job Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to stand, sit, reach, bend, and twist.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
  • Ability to safely use production tools/equipment, such as: solder irons, manual and pneumatic contact crimpers, wire strippers, and various other hand tools.
