Job Overview

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is essential.
  • Experience in warehouse operations ranging from entry-level to one year is typically required.
  • Physical capability to lift or move heavy items is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license in Tennessee is mandatory.
  • Forklift operation experience and a CDL license are advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to successfully pass background checks, drug tests, and physical assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by retrieving orders and managing stock levels within the warehouse.
  • Perform various warehouse tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Adhere to all warehouse protocols in line with company policies.
  • Maintain high productivity standards while ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Exhibit professionalism by promptly greeting customers and addressing their needs efficiently.
  • Handle urgent orders and requests with precision and speed.
  • Accurately pick and prepare customer orders according to company guidelines.
  • Identify and process branch transfers correctly and efficiently.
  • Complete delivery orders with attention to detail.
  • Assess parts availability using the designated systems.
  • Interpret audit trails using the appropriate databases as necessary.
