We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Nurse to join our team in Corsicana, TX.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options, including days, nights, and weekends. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, with experience working with high acuity patients.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care for patients with high medical needs
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care with healthcare teams
  • Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
  • Documenting patient care in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing education and training to family members on patient care and medication management
Requirements
  • RN/LPN/LVN license in good standing in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
